* 48+ hours’ notice: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are permitted. Any deposit will not be refunded, but no additional charges will apply. * Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. * No-call / No-show: Failure to show up without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings. *This fee does not apply if the appointment is rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe, at the service provider’s discretion. * Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and apply toward the service total if the appointment is kept. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations under any circumstance. I understand that while life happens, communication is essential to maintaining a respectful, professional relationship. Late cancellations and no-shows directly affect the service provider’s income, the salon’s operations, and the ability to serve other clients. Clear communication is required for a successful working relationship and business.
